Use the plot window Edit > Annotation command to edit the selected annotation in the active plot window.  Click on the desired annotation to select it.  This command displays the same dialog box as the Insert > Annotation command of the current plot window.  For details, see the 2D-plot window's Insert > Annotation commandAG5X07 or the 3D-plot window's Insert > Annotation command_FG742.
